Henry Thomas “H. T.” Mclamb, of 2809 Margot Ave., formerly of Salemburg, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at his home.

 

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home with the Reverend Bobby Herring officiating.  Interment will follow in the Clinton City Cemetery.

 

H. T., born in 1939 in Sampson County, was the son of the late Kenley McLamb and Ehrma Reynolds McLamb.  He was a retired pharmacist with CVS with over fifty years service.  In addition he was a Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite. He  served in the U.S.  Navy  and was  also in the Naval Reserve.    In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brother, Dorman McLamb,  and sister, Dixie Massengill.

 

Survivors include a brother; Glenwood McLamb wife Carol; nieces and nephews, Tina Massengill and husband Bob Perry of Greenville, and Dean McLamb and wife Denise of Salemburg; numerous other nieces, nephews; and special friends, Cal Grissom Jr., and Tom Mays.

 

The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., Saturday, November 26, 2016 just prior to the service at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home, 118 Fayetteville St., Clinton, NC  28328 and at other times at the home of Glenwood McLamb, 661 Bearskin Road, Salemburg, NC.
