I was so sorry to learn of Sammy's passing, We were in school together at Clinton High and I considered him a very dear friend of mine. I remember well that there were two men that U did not run over and that was Sammy Gautier and Jim Starling, which I mean in a nice way. I am proud to say they were two men that were my friends. I will miss Sammy and I think of Jim often.
