I am very sorry for the death of your dear loved one. Although the pain will seem unbearable at times, please find comfort that there is a day coming when this earth will be filled with happy people and peace will be everywhere and Ms. Elise will be there to enjoy it (Psalms 37:10,11,29). My sincere condolences to you.

What a wonderful woman! So many memories hanging out with Kayla and Cliff; with Elise fussing at us about how Kayla would drive Elise's "K" car. I can hear her now, telling Kayla to sing one of the many songs she wrote before she would let us go out. I would have never guessed Elise and I would share a grandson (great-grand for her). I believe my times with her was so that I would be able to tell Tristan about the loving, talented and beautiful woman who is his great grandmother. As long as I live he will hear about her and have her picture. Oh how I know she would have adored him! Thank you Elise! I love you!

I can remember one day when Mother and I were at KFC having a late afternoon meal. We had a good conversation with Elise. I asked her if that was her granddaughter with her and she informed me that it was her daughter that she had adopted. Elise always had a smile and a compliment for us. She was always busy taking care of family.

I have known Elise for a long time and she has always been a nice caring and giving person.
She is responsible for the many laughs that we have shared together. I will truly miss her. I know that she is at rest with the LORD. My heart goes out to the family. Just remember that GOD do not make any mistakes and remember the good times that we had with our loved one.

To Elise's loved ones,

We are so sorry to hear of Elise's passing. She was a loving member of our family. She was super helpful, very nice and a good friend to my parents in their latter years. We have missed not having her in our lives these past months. We will have nothing but good memories of the times we enjoyed with Elise.. Thanks for sharing her with us.

With love
Sharon and Tom

I have fond memories of Elise growing up. We were next door neighbors, so she was like another mother to Angelique, Mathias, and me. She had a gift of song writing. Kayla, Wendy and I used to sing together and Elise was like our manager! She kept us in line and we even traveled to several churches to sing. She wrote many songs, and I remember one song titled, You Can't Take God Away From Me. The chorus went like this...
Ever since I found the Lord, I can clearly see
That without Him in my life, there's no telling where I would be
So tomorrow come what may, by His side is where I'll stay
No, you can't take God away from me
.........
Thank you Elise! I love you and I look forward to seeing you again! Hug my mama and daddy for me!

Aunt Elise was always the life of every party and the most witty of the all! Her sense of humor was only surpassed by her love of God, friends and family. She was a treasure to many and she will be dearly missed!

Elise was a wonderful mother to me, I remember all that. She was a hard working woman and she taught me a lot about being a young lady and partly because of her I am the mother I am today. I will forever love Elise and cherish our memories together as a family.

I'LL never forget the image of Elise's gentle bright smile and memory of a heart & soul as good as gold, at times too good for her own good . I'll always cherish the friendship we shared, as youngsters we were full of mischief but our parents loved us enough to correct us; they also taught us about the love of Jesus and how he loved everyone despite of themsleves. I know she is now at rest w/the Lord. To the family know that I pray for your comfort during this time and in the weeks to come.

For every life has a purpose to fill, a purpose which us humans can seldom infer. But Elise was a gift from heaven, whose purpose was to make this world understand what love, friendship, goodness, and humbleness was all about. Goodness belongs to heaven, and I know she is watching us from there, bestowing her beautiful smile upon us. May her soul rest in peace.
