Cynthia McLamb Warren, 57, of 1830 Straw Pond School Road, passed away Friday, August 12, 2016 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 3 P.M., Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Mt. Elam Baptist Church with the Reverend Brandon Glunt and Reverend W. H. Calcutt officiating.  Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Cindy, born in Sampson County in 1959, was the daughter of the late Thomas Avery McLamb and Jackie Spell McLamb.  She was a Registered Nurse at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Phil McLamb.

Survivors are her husband of thirty-five years, William Houston Warren; daughters, Meredith Warren Stewart and husband Mark of Georgia, and Kathryn Warren Saylors and husband Rhett of Georgia; mother, Jackie Spell McLamb of Roseboro; sister, Suzette Richardson and husband Tom of Pinehurst; and brother Jim McLamb of Roseboro.

A visitation will be held from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M., Saturday August 13, 2015 at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
