Joesph Mello

FAISON: Mr. Joseph Bruce Mello, 64, of 404 S. Faison Ave, died Sunday in Duplin General Hospital. Funeral services will be held 2PM Wednesday at Faison Presbyterian Church with Rev. Paul Rose officiating. Burial with military honors, will be in the Faison Cemetery. Mr. Mello was a native of Duplin County and the son of the late Francis Rogers Mello. He was employed at Southern Produce for 38 years. He was a veteran of the US Army having served in the Viet Nam War. He is survived by three sons: Joseph Matthew Mello of Faison William Owen Mello of Faison Jonathan Lloyd Mello of Faison A brother, William "Billy" Mello of London, England A half sister, Beth Elise Cromer of Faison The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7-9PM at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
