William “Hal” Harrell Hinson, Jr., 44, of 5025 White Pond Road, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at his home.

Funeral service will be held at 2 PM, Monday, February 15th at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Ray Jernigan officiating.  Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Garden.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 PM – 2 PM, just before the funeral and at other times at the home of his parents at, 1905 Indian Town Road, Clinton.

Hal, born April 11, 1976 in Sampson County, was the son of William Harrell Hinson, Sr. and Janice Sue Faircloth Hinson. He was an automotive mechanic.  He loved the outdoors, NASCAR racing and fishing.

Survivors include: fiancé, Tonya Wilbourne; parents, William Harrell Hinson, Sr. and Janice Sue Faircloth Hinson; sisters, Michelle Thompson and Sherry Harris (Chris); daughters, Haley Samone and Mia Isabelle; nieces, Brittany Bradshaw, Brooklyn Bradshaw, Summer Thornton, and Emily Harris; and nephew, Jackson Harrison.
