Welton Rudell Keene, 88, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

Graveside service will be held at 3 PM, Sunday, April 10th at Sunrise Memorial Garden in Salemburg with Rev. Jeff Barber officiating.

Rudell, born September 22, 1933 in Sampson County, was the son of the late John Welton Keene and Mamie Daughtry. He was a member of White Oak Baptist Church.

Survivors include: sister, Peggy Cadaoas; nieces, Jamie Campbell Bowles, Jennifer Baysden, Judy Jackson, and Janet Hill; nephew, Jerry Barnes; and several great-nieces and great nephews.
