Verla Jean (Davis) Mikell

Ms. Verla Jean Mikell, 89, of Clinton passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 at Mary Gran Nursing Center. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday April 3, 2022 in the Clinton City Cemetery with the Reverend Dennis Guy officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside. Verla, born in Plant City, Florida was the daughter of the late Theodore Rosevelt Davis and Ethel Mary Hartsfield Davis. Verla retired from the Food Services of Hillsborough County School System. She is survived by: two daughters: Sandra Edwards, and Lynn Wacaser, a sister, Mary Elizabeth, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
