Ronnie Gene Clack, 78, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the VA Medical Center in Durham.

Funeral service will be held at 2 PM, Friday, February 6th at Rowan Baptist Church with Rev. Clay Carter and Rev. Hampton Faircloth officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church.

Ronnie, born June 25, 1947, in Sampson County, was the son of the late Weldon Allie Clack and Anna Lee Bell Clack.  He was a Vietnam Veteran of the US Army and a Supervisor with Mallinckrodt in Raleigh where he retired.  He was a member of Rowan Baptist Church. Ronnie was also a member of the Ol' Lightnin' Rods Car Club.

Survivors include his son Jeremy of the home, brother Donald Clack and wife Anne, aunts Emma Gray Strickland and Faye Bell and several cousins and many friends.
