Nadine Sinclair Peoples, 93, of 2021 Ozzie Road, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023 at her home.

Graveside service will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, March 29th at the Carter Family Cemetery with Rev. Rayford Carter officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service and at other times at the home of Judy and David Tyndall at 1875 Ozzie Road, Clinton.

Nadine, born October 7, 1929 in Sampson County, was the daughter of the late John Charles Sinclair and Geneva Caroline Avery Sinclair.  She retired from Hamilton Beach and was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands Harmon Carter and Larry Peoples, children Horace Carter and Deborah C. Royal, grandchildren Keith, Justin and Jamie McCullen, and son-in-law Durwood McCullen and a great-grandson, Gabriel Brewer.

Survivors include daughters Helen C. McCullen and Judy Tyndall (David), thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
