Margaret “Virginia” Bradshaw, 86, of 81 Gravel Lane, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022 surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, June 23rd at Carr’s Chapel Freewill Holiness Church with Rev. Billy Bass officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1- 1:45 PM before the service at the church and at other times at the home of her son, Jeff and daughter in law Sarah, at 1033 Pearson Road, Clinton.
Virginia, born September 28, 1935 in Cumberland County, was the daughter of the late Pearlie Ammons and Esther Parker Ammons. She retired from the Sampson County Schools Child Nutrition Program. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William Junior, “W. J.” Bradshaw.
Survivors include: son, Jeff Bradshaw and wife Sarah; daughter, Faye King and husband Adam; grandchildren, Brittany Hayes-Febres (Kristen Hayes-Febres), Laura Hutchens (Will), Jenna Williams (Michael), Eric Bradshaw and Abby King. Great-grandchildren: Chasen Guy, James Hutchens, Kelley Williams and Michael Williams Jr. and sister, Katie Autry, sisters in law Frances Pope and Joyce Cooper and many loving nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat Susie.
