Mamie Rackley Vann, 79, of 2880 Fleet Cooper Road, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023.

Graveside service will be held at 10 AM, Tuesday, May 23rd at Clinton City Cemetery with Pastor Lynn Blackburn officiating.

Mamie, born July 23, 1943 in Durham County, was the daughter of the late Arthur Rackley and Rhoda Tyndall Rackley.  She was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jimmie Ray Vann, son, Dennis Ray Vann, siblings Lucille Davis, Revah Parker, William “Buddy” Rackley, Freeman Rackley, Idell Tyndall, Irene Williams, Macy Blackburn and Mozelle Rackley.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
