Clinton,
Junious Allen “J. A” Reeves, 67, of 808 Stewart Avenue, passed away, Tuesday October 31, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, November 4th at First Baptist Church of Clinton with Rev. Dr. Ray Ammons officiating. Interment will follow in the Clinton Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday at the cemetery and at other times at the home.
J. A., born March 24, 1956 in Sampson County, was the son of the late Wilbert Lee Reeves and Ruby Blackburn Reeves. He was retired from McKesson Medical in Medical Supply Sales. He was a member of the Hiram Masonic Lodge 98 AF AM, Scottish Rite Valley of Wilmington and the Sudan Shriners. J. A. was a member of First Baptist Church of Clinton. J. A. lived his life to the fullest, his greatest pleasure spending time with his family and friends, and helping others in any way he could.
Survivors include; wife, Debra Wilkerson Reeves of Clinton; son, Nicholas Reeves of Wilmington; brother, Lynwood Reeves (Debbie); sister, Ann Gainey; niece, Crystal Faison (Henry); nephew, Brandon Gainey (Misty); great nieces and nephews, Isabella Faison, Elias Faison, Jackson Gainey and Anna Gainey; and beloved pet, Bailey.
