Juana “Jennie” Ramos Gutierrez, 69, of 2098 Windlock Drive, transitioned Sunday, April 9, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Visitation will be held at 3 PM, Thursday, April 13th followed by a Celebration of Life Service at Holly Grove Holiness Church, Rev. Dr. Randy Simmons and Pastor Russ Emanuel officiating service with interment to follow in the church cemetery. 

Jennie, born June 24, 1953 in Puerto Rico, was the daughter of the late Dionicio Ramos and Junita Perez.  In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her sister Miriam Ramos.  She retired from Womak Hospital as an Administrator.

She is survived by: husband of 47 years, Rafael Antonio Gutierrez, Jr.; mother, Junita Perez; children, Nick Torres (Alison), Ricky Soto (Tracie), Alex Mendez, Chrissy Emanuel (Russ), and Rafael Gutierrez (Sarah); sixteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Dino Ramos and Randall Ramos; special niece, Diana Diaz; family, friends, and she will always be remembered as “Momet” to many.
