James Franklin “Frankie” Rackley, 54, of 126 Kimberly Drive, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

 A Graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, June 10th at Clinton City Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Bobby Rackley officiating.  The family will receive friends after the service at the graveside and at other times from 4 PM – 8 PM, at 1244 Taylors Bridge Hwy., Clinton, NC.

Frankie, born October 18, 1966 in Sampson County, was the son of Frank “Buster” Gaston Rackley and the late Eva Grace Carr Rackley.  He worked in the livestock industry. 

Survivors include; wife, Elizabeth “Beth” Rackley; father, Frank Gaston “Buster” Rackley (Linnie); children, Jamie Rackley and Heather Rackley; grandchild, Kelsi Rackley; Siblings, Bobby Rackley and spouse and Crystal Kenny and spouse; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephew and nieces.
