Hunter Blaze Bordeaux, 29, of Raleigh, formerly of Clinton, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026 in Raleigh.

The family will have a time of visitation Monday, June 8, 2026 from the hours of 5:00 PM until at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home and other times at the home of his mother Carol Starling in Clinton. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at the Allen Cemetery, 2106 Bethel Church Rd. Tarheel, NC with the Rev. John Cartrette officiating.

Hunter, born October 26, 1996 in Columbus County, was the son of Carol Cartrette Starling and Eric Bradley Bordeaux.  He was an equipment operator for Site One Landscape Sales in Raleigh, NC. Hunter was a loving son, brother, friend and uncle. Hunter was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Ray Cartrette and his paternal grandfather Harold Bordeaux.

Survivors include his mother Carol Cartrette Starling and her husband Jamie Starling,  sisters Hailey Landreth (John) and Mackenzie Bordeaux (Evan), one step-sister and one step-brother,  girlfriend Andala Harris and her son Nicholas, Jr.,   four nephews, and two nieces.
