Hazel Marie Lambert, 90, of 700 Mt. Olive Hwy, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Rolling Ridge Nursing Center.
A graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, August 22nd at Clinton City Cemetery with Rev. Dwight Dunning officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 PM – 8 PM, Friday, August 21st at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral. Friends may view one hour prior to the visitation from 5 PM – 6 PM.
Hazel, born in Duplin County in 1930, was the daughter of the late Jack Lewis and Millie Thompson Lewis. She was a homemaker and a member of Clinton Community Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Lambert and siblings, Cecil Lewis, Graham Lewis, Rachel Lewis, Ruth Gautier, Edna Jones, and son-in-law, Harry Hall.
Survivors include; daughter, Debbie L. Hall Hill and husband Trent of Mt. Olive; son, William Louis Lambert and wife Diane of Clinton; grandchildren, Carla Johnson and husband Michael, Kristen Hollowell and husband Wayne, Millicent Lambert, and Paul Cameron Lambert; step-grandchildren, Angela Southerland and husband Eric and Jeffrey Hill; great-grandchildren, Lauren Johnson, William Hollowell and Addie Hollowell.
