David Hanson Justice, 84, of 3450 Cabin Museum Road, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Graveside service will be held at 2 PM, Friday, March 31st at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Oliver officiating..  The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the cemetery. 

David, born December 19, 1938 in Sampson County, was the son of the late Jack John Justice and Clara Peterson Justice.  He was the owner of Fayetteville Heating and Air and David’s Heating and Air.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters Carolyn Bullock and Glenda Haskins, and brother Jimmie Justice.

Survivors include: daughter, Susie Akers (David); son, Richard Justice (Lucrecia); grandchildren, Adam Coker, Josh Justice, Haley Justice (Gabrielle), Aaron Coker (Moriah) and Austin Justice; and great-grandchildren, Oliver Coker, Miya Fox, Jameson Coker and Sawyer Justice.
