David Earl Fornes, 55, of 303 Warsaw Road, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

A visitation will be held from 6 PM – 8 PM, Friday, May 3rd at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home. 

David, born December 23, 1968 in Wayne County, was the son of the late James David Fornes and Gracie Juanita Autry Owens.  He was a truck driver.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father Gary Owens and sister Lora Blanchard.

Survivors include: daughters, Erika Tyndall (Whitney) and Meagan Fornes Daughtry (Greg); grandchildren, Wade Tyndall, Brielle Daughtry and Brodie Daughtry; sister, Sharon Owens; special nephew, Allen Blanchard; several nieces and nephews; ex-wives, Beverly Fornes and Shannon Fornes.
