Danny Ray Lee, Sr.,  71, of 985 Daughtrytown Road, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

Graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Grandview Memorial Garden with Rev. C. H. Lee officiating.  Walk-through viewing will be held from 10 AM – 5 PM, Wednesday, October 27th at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home.

Danny, born in Sampson County on April 22, 1950, was the son of the late Felton Lee and Grace Lee.  He was a member of Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church and was owner of a trucking business. 

Survivors include; children, Ray Lee and wife Jennifer, Elizabeth Lee and Amanda Burch; mother, Grace Lee; brothers, Charles Lee and wife Joan and Festus Lee and wife Mary Sue; and grandchildren, Christian, Matthew and Hailey.
