Dani Lynn Akers, 36, of 350 Club House Drive, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

A memorial service is planned for 1 PM, Saturday, March 21st at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home with Rev. Wilda Faircloth officiating.  A visitation will be held immediately after the service at the funeral home.

Dani was born April 7, 1989, in Cumberland County.  She was the daughter of David Edward Akers and Tammy Hyde Akers.  She was high school graduate and a graphic designer. 

Survivors include: children, Lillian Foss and Gavin Foss; parents, David Edward Akers and Tammy Hyde Akers, brother, Josh Akers (Jordan); nieces, Makenzie Akers (Jr. Acosta), Audrey Akers, Paige Akers, Maddy Akers, Macy Akers, Kate Gibson and Taylor Gibson; nephew, J. D Akers; and great-niece, Adalyn Acosta.
