Catherine JoAnn Guy Blackburn, 71, of 73 Rebel Road, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at her home.

Graveside service will be held at 10 AM, Thursday, January 20th at Grandview Memorial Garden with Rev. Johnny Peterson officiating. The family will receive friends immediately after the service at the graveside and at other times at the home.

Catherine born May 29, 1950 in Sampson County was the daughter of the late Paul Alexander Guy and Ruby Ann Simmons Guy.   She was homemaker.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Sue Tew

Survivors include; sister, Paulette Watson and husband Renee; daughters, Cathy Jo Harrington of Dunn and Teresa Miller of Wilson; sons, Carl “Teddy” Blackburn and wife Lila of Garland and Timmy Blackburn and wife Heather of Garland; grandchildren, Eddie Faircloth of Benson, Anthony Harrington of Benson, Katherine Jones of Dunn, Heather Jones of Dunn, Alex Blackburn of Garland, Michelle Fields of Fayetteville, Philip Rich of Garland, T. J. Blackburn and wife Kim of Roseboro and Jake Blackburn of Garland;  and 19 great-grandchildren.
