Carolyn Kinlaw Obituary

Clinton,

Lela Carolyn Kinlaw, 74, of 5840 Bonnettsville Road, passed away Thursday, September 30, 2021 at her home.

Funeral service will be held at 3 PM, Sunday, October 3rd at White Oak Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Ray Jernigan officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 2 PM – 3 PM, at the church just before the service.

Carolyn was born May 24,1947 in Sampson County.  She was the daughter of the late Clyde Carroll Smith and Lela Bass Smith.  She was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Clyde Smith and sister Sue Smith.

Survivors include; husband of 54 years, James; daughters, Nancy Fryar and husband Gary and Kelly Kinlaw; grandchildren, Garrison Fryar and Raelyn Fryar; sister, Linda Jackson; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank her caregivers for all their love and care; Michelle, Faye, Linda and staff of 3HC.
