Billie Rose (Bordeaux) Raynor Obituary

Mrs. Billie Rose Bordeaux Raynor, 88, of Clinton, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

A Memorial service will be held at 4 PM, Friday, August 8th at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathon Shattuck officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately after the service at the funeral home.

Billie was born in Sampson County on July 15, 1937, to the late Ollie E. Bordeaux and Essie Mae Lynch Bordeaux.  Billie was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Bobby Charles Raynor who passed in 2018, a son-in-law, Jimmy Ballance, 2 brothers, Ronald Bordeaux and David Ellis Bordeaux and a sister Patricia Bordeaux Naylor West.  Bilie was a nurse at Clinton Medical Clinic for at least 30 years, working with Dr. Leak, Dr. Peak and Dr. Nance.  She loved her job and loved helping people.  She was a member at Grove Park Baptist Church, and she loved her church family.

Left to cherish her memories are daughters, Barbara Raynor Ballance and Emily Raynor Emanuel (Lonnie), her Grandchildren, Kelly Ballance Stancil (Eric), Mallory Ballance Deluca (JB), Timothy Charles Raynor and Anna Rose Emanuel and her Great Grandchildren, Connor Stancil, John Luke Deluca and Carson Deluca.  She also leaves behind her siblings, Linda Miles (Hozie), Donald Bordeaux (Phyliss), Margaret Johnson (Tis) and D.L. Bordeaux (Marty), many nieces and nephews and her faithful, furry friend, Andy, who provided her with so much love and companionship.
