Belinda Carol Fleming

Ms. Belinda Carol Fleming, 65, of Powell Road died Sunday, April 5, 2020. She was born June 21, 1954 in New Haven Connecticut and was a retired bank teller.   She was proceeded in death by her father Raymond Louis Lombardi, her mother Mary Helen Burke, a sister Debra Davis, and a brother Louie Lombardi.  She is survived by siblings Phyllis Torres, Buzzy Davis, Johnny Davis, Paulie Lombardi, Tina Lombardi, Phyllis Lombardi, Stacy Hassell, and many nieces and nephews.  She is also survived by a daughter, Christy Ann Bilberry; a son, Garrett Brandon Weber and wife Elizabeth; five grandchildren: Gabriel Weber, Michael Weber, Brittany Bilberry Bass, Bailey Ann Bilberry and Brandon Kirk Bilberry; and two great-grandchildren, Savannah Brooke Bass and Camdyn Kirk Avery.  She spent the last several years in Clinton with her cousin, caretaker, and best friend Donald Lee.  Her hobbies included decorating, traveling, and taking care of her animals.  No services are planned at this time.
