Annata Fann West, 86, of 1351 Fann School Road, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at her home.

Funeral will be held at 2 PM, Sunday, July 17th at Piney Green Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Keith Carter officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church,

Annata, born November 11, 1935 in Sampson County was the daughter of the late Alvin Ernest “Sam” Fann and Ruby Von Matthews Fann.  She was a caregiver and a member of Piney Green Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Lonnie Millard Fann, Williard Fann and Earnest “Ray” Ravon Fann and sister-in-law Sherry Fann.

Survivors include her sisters Lena Lewis and  Dean Fann Knowles, and caregivers Donnie and Malissa Decker along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
