Wanda Gray Stanley, 71, of 107 Carolina Ave., passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Rex Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at 2 P.M., Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Grandview Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM, Wednesday at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home, just before the service.

Wanda, born in 1947 in Sampson County, was the daughter of the late Thomas Shipp and Kathleen Hughes Shipp.  She worked as a Home Health Aide in the healthcare industry.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lynwod Earl Stanley. 

Survivors include: sons, Ricky Douglas Stanley and Kenneth Earl Stanley; grandchildren, Katlyn Jordan, Justin Stanley, Josh Carr and Sabrina ; Two great-grandchildren; and brothers, Doug Shipp and Shelton Shipp.
