Timothy Wayne Stock

Timothy Wayne Stock, 53, of 100 Shields St., passed away Monday, March 19, at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville.

A funeral service will be held at 3 P.M. Saturday, March 24 at Holly Grove Holiness Church with Rev. Dr. Randy Simmons, Rev. James Goodman, and Rev. Kenny Morrisey officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Military Honors.

Tim, born in Ohio, was the son of James Stock, Sr. and the late Phyllis Ann Slade Stock. Tim was also preceded in death by a son Victor Stock.  He was a United States Postal Carrier and an Iraqi  Veteran serving and retiring from the Army National Guard. Tim was also a former Sunday School Teacher and a member of Holly Grove Holiness Church.

He is survived by: his wife Jenny B. Stock, children Donnie Whitehead of Lillington and Sherry Stone of Clinton; grandchildren: Britney Whitehead, Brent Stone, Donnie Whitehead, Jr., Haley Stone, Cristan Stone; father, James Stock, Sr. of Carey, Ohio; brothers: James Stock, Jr. and wife Pam of Carey, Ohio, Kenny Stock and wife Willa of Carey, Ohio; nephews Patrick and Kendrick Stock.

The family will receive friends the hour prior to the service 2-3 P.M. at Holly Grove Holiness Church and other times at the home, 100 Shields St. Clinton.
