Robert Bryan Boyette, Sr.

Robert Bryan Boyette, Sr., 76, of 912 E Pope St., passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 at his home.

Robert, born in 1943 in Sampson County, was the son of the late Isac Norman Boyette and Annie Laura Boyette Matthews.  He was a power lineman and a truck driver.  Robert was a member of Old Mill Church of God.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Lucille Likens and Myrtle Matthews, and brothers, James Boyette, Charles Boyette, Buddy Matthews and Jeff Boyette.

Funeral service will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the Old Mill Church of God, 170 Williams Lake Road, Roseboro, NC, with the Rev. Gary Bateman officiating.  Interment will follow in the Memorial Cemetery, Dunn, NC.  The family will receive friends from 6 PM – 8 PM, Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the Old Mill Church of God and at other times at the home.

Survivors are; wife Elizabeth Ann Boyette; son, Robert Boyette, Jr and wife Sandy; daughter, Amy Turnange and husband Scott; grandsons, Austin and Colby Turnage; granddaughters, Taylor Boyette and Emma Norris; and brothers, Ronnie and Stanley Matthews.
