Rebecca (Becky) Mason Tyndall, 65, of 4962 Hobbton Hwy., passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home with the Reverend Chubby Reiber officiating.  Interment will follow in the Clinton City Cemetery with Minister Robert Oliver officiating.

Rebecca born in 1951, was the daughter of the late Preston Lynn Mason and Mary Rebecca Coble Mason.  She was a production supervisor at Smithfield Foods (Lundy’s) for forty-six years and a member of Bethany PFWB Church.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by; grandson, Zachary Bryan Howell; brothers, Preston Lynn Mason, Jr. and Glen Mason; and sister, Billie Dukes.

Survivors include; husband, James Silas Tyndall; children, Samantha Jean Tyndall Howell (Paul), William James Tyndall (Aileen), Christopher Tyndall (Kaitlyn), and Mary Ann Tyndall Carter (Kaleb); grandchildren; Austin Bryan Howell, Mason Carter Stewart, Ansleigh Grace Carter, Tiffany Marie Tyndall, Jennifer Lynn Tyndall, Ashley Michelle Tyndall, Preston Wayne Tyndall, William James Tyndall, Jr., and Brittany Lee Byrd; six great-grandchildren;  sisters, Rosalee Estes and son Len Mason,  and Linda Denton and husband Danny; and several special nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M., Friday, August 18, 2017 at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home, 118 Fayetteville Street, Clinton, North Carolina 28328 and at other times at the home.
