Norwood Richardson King

Mr. Norwood Richardson King, 74, of Clinton, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018 at his home. A visitation will be held from 1-2 P.M. Tuesday, August 28, at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow in Grandview Memorial Park Cemetery in Clinton with Mr. Ronnie Warren officiating. Norwood born in Sampson Co. was the son of the late Maurice Richardson King and Lula Mae Quinn King. He was retired from Food Lion as a truck driver. He was also an Army National Guard Veteran, a member of Hiram Masonic Lodge #95 and Rowan Baptist Church. Norwood is survived by a brother, Jerry King and wife Bonnie of Lumberton and cousins: Leonard King, Mary Jane Carter, Betty Puryear, Jay Crumpler, and Felton Hobbs.
