Clinton: Miss Jane Gwendylene Bass, 77, died Saturday June 2, at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton. A graveside service will be held at 10 A.M. Tuesday, June 5 in Owen Grove Cemetery with Rev. Kim Strickland officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service. Miss Bass, born in Sampson Co., was the daughter of the late Carrie Thomas Bass and Annie Wise Bass. She was preceded in death by a sister Geraldine B. Dickinson. Jane was a member of Owen Grove PFWB Church. She is survived by her brother-in-law, James F. Dickinson and nephews, nieces, and cousins.
