Anita “Jean” Hinson, 84, of 5075 N Salemburg Hwy, Salemburg, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, September 30, 2018.

 Visitation will be held at the Crumpler & Honeycutt Funeral Home, 118 Fayetteville St., Clinton, NC   28328, from 6 PM – 8 PM, Tuesday, October 2, 2018. A Graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Grandview Memorial Park, 2809 US Hwy 421, Clinton, NC  28328, with Rev. Paul Honeycutt officiating. Jean will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Billy Hinson, Sr.         .

Jean was proceeded in death by her husband Billy Hinson, her mother Emma Grantham and her father Robert Lee Grantham, Sr.

Jean is survived by her Son Billy Robert Hinson, Jr., daughter in law Angela Hinson, her grandchildren Nicholas Hinson and Sarah Hinson, her two great grandchildren Khloe Hinson and Kadence Norton, her brother Robert Lee “Bobby” Grantham, Jr., sister-in-law Sue Grantham, sister Joan Barefoot, sister-in-law Sarah Jamison and brother- in- law Marvin Marlin and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  Jean worked many years as a Nurses Aid, a Seamstress, and retired from S&W Ready Mix Concrete.  Jean loved her family, Elvis, Shopping, gardening and most of all Jesus. She loved to talk about the good old days with her friends like Patti, Jackie and Eloise and other childhood memories.  She could make the best biscuits in the world.
