Ada Marie (Honrine) Warren

ROSEBORO – Mrs. Marie Warren, 86, of 180 Warren Road, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Liberty Commons Nursing Facility in Benson, NC.

The family will receive friends Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 1:30 P.M. – 2:45 P.M., at Mt. Elam Baptist Church fellowship hall, just prior to the service.  A celebration of her life will be held at 3 P.M., Sunday, at Mt. Elam Baptist Church, with the Reverend Brandon Glunt and Reverend W. H. Calcutt officiating.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery. 

Marie, born in 1930, was the daughter of the late Richard Thomas “Tommy” Honrine and Ada Autry Honrine.  She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Elam Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Adolph Warren. 

Survivors include children; Cathie McLamb and husband Charles of Newton Grove, Gail Dunn and husband Joe of Raleigh, Ronnie Warren and wife Susan of Dunn, and Allison Best and husband Robbin of Clinton; grandchildren, Chelsie Lawhorn, Bailey Dunn, Page Dunn, Rollin Warren, Anna Daughtry, Julie Warren, Thelton Best, Jake Best and Nicholas Best; great-grandchildren, AbbiKate Daughtry and Tres Daughtry. 
 

Memorials may be made to Mt. Elam Baptist Church, 2211 Mount Elam Baptist Church, Roseboro, NC  28382.
