Ada Pearl (Maynard) Bell

Ada Pearl Bell, 87, of 4815 N US Hwy 421, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at the home of her daughter.

A funeral service will be held at 3 PM, Saturday, November 17, 2018 at New Bethel Baptist Church with Reverend Terry Cummings and Reverend Jon Locklear officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church and at other times at the home of her daughter, Tammy, at 4705 N US Hwy 421, Clinton, NC.

Ada Pearl, born in 1931 in Harnett County, was the daughter of the late Elmond Maynard and Effie Maynard.  She was a homemaker and a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Davis Bell, and brothers, Floyd Maynard, Leslie Maynard, Talmadge Maynard, Lacy Maynard and Eldridge Maynard. 

Survivors include; children, Dayton Bell (Charlene) of Dunn, Rex Bell (Judy) of Clinton, Tammy Bell Jacobs (Kent) of Clinton, Craig Bell (Julia) of Clinton, and Kent Bell (Christy) of Clinton; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren;

sisters, Delphia Chance of Dunn, Vernell Brewington of Dunn, Louise Maynard of High Point.
