John Elliott Roger Jordan, IV, 35, of 345 Barker Road, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016.

A funeral service will be held at Clinton Community Church at 7 P.M., Monday, August 22, with the Reverend Dwight Dunning and Wilda Faircloth officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately after the funeral service and other times at the home of his grandfather John Ed Jordan, 2771 Boykin Bridge Rd. Clinton.   Interment will be at 11 A.M., Tuesday, August 23 in the Clinton City Cemetery. 

Elliott, born in 1981 in Sampson County, was the son of John Edward Jordan, III and Wanda Westbrook Jordan.  He was a Quality Assurance employee with Smithfield Packing.  Elliott was preceded in death by his grandparents; Homer Westbrook and Eleanor Jordan; and niece, Brooklyn Marie Jordan.

He is survived by his parents;  John Edward Jordan, III and Wanda Westbrook Jordan (Donel Honeycutt); brothers, Edward Colt Jordan (Summer) and Andrew Westbrook Jordan (Stephanie) both of Clinton;  grandparents, John Ed Jordan and Lora Westbrook (Dewey Strickland);  Aunts, Ann Armatys (Cecil McLemore), Joy Parker (Robert), Wendy Jordan (John Yancey); uncle, Todd Armatys; nieces and nephews, Lil Colt Jordan, Nina Jordan, Peyton Jordan, Lily Brooke Jordan, Eli Jordan, and Keely Westbrook; and cousins, Reid Armatys and Tristan Parker.
