Hazel Bernice  Boney Foutz, 93, formerly of Garland, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Mary Gran Nursing Center.

She was the daughter of the late William Boney and Marvin Jane Williamson Boney and the widow of Joseph Lee Strickland.   She was a cosmetologist and the mother of Terry Strickland of New Jersey and Ray Strickland of Florida.
