Callista “Bonnie”  Gribble, 70,  of 601 Sunset Ave., passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

A funeral mass will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, September 13, 2017 the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 104 E John Street,  Clinton with Father Joseph Dionne officiating.  Interment will follow in the Clinton City Cemetery.

Bonnie, born in 1947 in Pittsburgh, PA, was the daughter of the late Sylvester Clunan and Patricia Fitzgerald Clunan.  She was a former Special Education Teacher and also worked for the Sampson Independent and Sampson Community College.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband,  Larry Gribble.

Survivors include; daughter, Lesa Camp and husband Richard of Pittsburgh; son, Larry Gribble and wife Melissa of Clinton; brothers, Bob Clunan and Daniel Clunan and wife Loretta; sisters, Joyce Nicotero and husband Joseph and Joan Jenson; grandchildren, Caleb Cortese, Kyle Cortese, and Michael Combs and wife Toni; great grandchildren; Roman Combs; and furbaby, Cooper.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Sisters of Divine Providence, PO Box 1705, Clinton, NC  28329.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 12, 2017 from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M., at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home, 118 Fayetteville Street, Clinton, NC  28328 and at other times at her home.
