Mr. Albert R. Sullivan, 76, of 725 NW Blvd. passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, February 26, at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilda Faircloth officiating. Interment will follow in the Clinton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-3 P.M. the hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Albert, born in Duplin Co. , was the son of the late Walter Simpson Sullivan and Lucile Martin Sullivan Jones.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Smith Sullivan; brother, Rodney Sullivan, Walter “Pal”Sullivan; sister, Doris Swinson Johnson; and foster parents, Horace Grey Swinson and Bessis S. Swinson.

He is survived by wife, Brenda Jackson Sullivan; son, Jeffery Sullivan; daughter, Connie S. Miller and husband Robert; sister, Beatrice Pisa of PA; brother, Robert Sullivan (Jeanne)  of Richmond, VA; step-brother, Allen Sullivan (Susan) and Wayne Sullivan (Paula); foster sister, Mildred Renfrow and husband Roy; granddaughter, April Lynn Miller and fiancé Brad Sullivan; grandsons, Dakota Sullivan and Dylan Sullivan; great-grandson, Hunter Miller Avery;  step-daughter, Christy;  two step-grand sons, Zachary and Justin; and two step-great grandchildren, Brandon Sullivan and MacKenzie Sullivan; and  numerous nieces and nephews.
